Delivery:

• Delivery Method: We currently do not offer shipping services. Your PTO Spirit Apparel items will be sent home with your student directly from school.
• Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

• Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for PTO Spirit Apparel. All sales are final.
• Size Exchanges: Exchanges for sizes are subject to availability. If you need a different size, please contact info@ktespto.com to inquire about size exchange options. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on available inventory.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
